Your Stravaig changing robe is built to handle the dreich days, the cold loch plunges, and everything in between. We put a lot of care into making it - and if something goes wrong with how it's made, we'll sort it. 

That's our 2-year manufacturing guarantee: peace of mind from the moment it lands on your doorstep.

What's covered (2 years from purchase):

If your robe develops a fault that's down to how it was made, we've got you. That includes:

  • Stitching and seam failures - seams separating, stitching coming undone, or joins breaking down under normal use
  • Zip faults - zips that fail to fasten, or break through no fault of your own
  • Hardware failures - toggles, zip fasteners that fail under normal use

If you're not sure whether your issue is covered, just drop us a message - we'll take a look and be straight with you.

What's not covered:

  • General wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from accidents (snags, tears, burns, and the like)
  • Misuse of modification of the robe
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing or care
  • Loss or theft
  • Fading, pilling, or abrasion from regular use

How to claim:

  1. Email us at info@stravaig-clothing.co.uk with the subject line: Guarantee Claim
  2. Include your proof of purchase - your order confirmation or receipt is perfect
  3. Send a couple of photos showing the fault clearly
  4. We'll assess your claim and get back to you within 5 working days

Once we've reviewed everything, we'll either repair or replace your robe - whichever makes the most sense. We'll always aim to get you back out on the water (or the beach, or the hillside) as fast as we can.

We're a small, family-run team based in Stirlingshire, and every robe matters to us. If something isn't right, tell us - we'd much rather fix it than leave you with a robe that isn't pulling its weight.

This guarantee applies to adult waterproof changing robes purchased directly from stravaig-clothing.co.uk or our Amazon store. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions and does not affect your statutory rights.
