Refund policy

FREE UK Returns 

We have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have been purchased via the stravaig-clothing.co.uk website.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
• The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund/exchange.

To start a return, please contact us at info@stravaig-clothing.co.uk with your order number, whether you’d like an exchange or a refund and your reason for exchange/refund.

We’ll send you a free shipping label. Please ensure returns/exchanges are sent back within 5 days of receipt of the shipping label.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are non refundable/returnable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
