Why carry two things when one will do? The Coorie Bag is a weatherproof tote by day and a soft fleece pillow by night.
How it works
By day: it's a sturdy carry bag. Fill it with your changing robe, post-swim kit, an extra layer, whatever needs to be to hand. It's big enough for any Stravaig changing robe, up to size L.
By night: turn it inside out so the super soft sherpa fleece is on the outside. Stuff it with your robe or spare clothes, zip it closed, and you've got a pillow.
It's for the campervan folk who've already got too much gear and not enough room. For wild swimmers who don't want to faff. For anyone who hates carrying two things when one will do.

Why "Coorie"?
Coorie is a Scottish word. It means to snuggle in, to nestle down somewhere warm after a long day out. And that's exactly what this bag is for. Carry your kit to the loch, the campsite, the van, then reverse it, stuff it full, and coorie in. The soft fleece does the rest.

Close the zip before washing.
Hand or machine wash separately, inside out, on a delicate cycle at 30°C or below. Use a mild detergent and rinse well.
Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.

Does it come with a pillow insert?
No insert needed, and that's the beauty of it. When you turn the Coorie Bag inside out, you fill it with whatever you've already got with you: your changing robe, a towel, a jumper or your spare layers. Zip it closed and you've got a soft fleece pillow.
Want it firmer? Pack more in. Prefer it squishier? Take a layer out. It's one less thing to carry, which is exactly the point when van space is tight.
What can I carry in it?
Anything you like. It's a proper tote bag, so it's just as handy for a beach day, a trip to the shops, a weekend away or the gym as it is for your swim kit.
At H46cm x W63cm it's roomy too. It fits any Stravaig changing robe up to size L with space to spare for your swimmers, a towel or a flask. And because the fleece is on the inside, anything you pop in stays cosy and protected.
Is the Coorie Bag waterproof?
The outer shell is made from the same recycled nylon oxford we use for our waterproof changing robes. It shrugs off showers, damp grass and wet car boots, so your kit stays dry on the way to and from the water.
Because it has a zip opening, we call it weatherproof rather than fully waterproof, so it's not designed to be submerged or left sitting in heavy rain. If you need something fully waterproof for your phone, keys or valuables, our Dry Bags are the best shout.
